EPICAFÉ was born from two worlds.
From Latin America, where coffee is culture. From the Levant, where coffee is art — infused with spices, shared with ceremony, savoured in long conversations that stretch into the night.
And from science. With a background in nutrigenomics and a deep belief that food can be both pleasure and purpose, founder Siwar Ala set out to craft something new: a coffee that honours tradition while embracing the wisdom of how ingredients interact with the body.
We source premium coffee beans, grown at altitude, harvested with care. We roast them in Madrid, at a roastery that has been perfecting its craft since 1967. We blend them with a calibrated selection of natural bioactive ingredients — chosen not for novelty, but for synergy.
